Conditions of Attendance
Early registration: Deadline for early registration and payment is 13 July 2018. For payments received after 5 August 2018 the next higher registration fee will apply.

Excursions: Please note the rates for excursions are based on the minimum participation of 20 persons per excursion and on the current exchange rate per 09.05.2018.
In case we have less participants per excursion and there are strong fluctuations of the exchange rate, we might have to contact you and ask for an adjustment of the payment issued.

Attention: Paper and Poster Submission!! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior 5 August 2018 to have your oral paper or/and poster submission scheduled in the Conference Booklet. Abstracts that have been previously accepted will be deleted from the Scientific Program if the presenting author has not registered and paid by that date.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail or letter. Cancellations received before 15 August 2018 will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of 50 EUR. Thereafter refunds will not be available.

Liability. The local organizer as well as KCS is not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons attend the conference and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility.
